I regularly stay at this place when we go away for the weekend. The food is good, the breakfast is lovely and the staff are brilliant! Special mention must go to a woman who I believe is called Jane who worked the night shift on 11th Oct (mature slim lady with glasses) She knew my son was competing in a sporting event and left a little good luck note for him on his bed! He was over the moon and went on to win the next day! Thank you so much x
Attending a wedding so used early booking in system to get changed. The room would have got 5stars if it had air con ,very warm room but did have fan provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a great variety and all hot breakfast was hot only just cooked. There is a bar also on site which looks good. Did not have a drink but looked like it had a good variety of drinks. Parking area was large so no problem . All in all a good place to stay.
Lovely staff i booked in because my partner was meant too stay at the hospital and I couldn't be there with her the two night staff fantastic dude with long hair freaking rocks both members of staff I spoke too are really friendly have great customer service skills and just all round fantastic hotel clean rooms clean hallways bathroom was sparkling really couldn't fault these guys
Since beginning of January I'm regularly staying in this hotel due to work and I cannot appreciate it more! Great reception staff, ever so helpful, clean and comfy rooms, exactly what you need after work, home away from home.
Have stayed for 2 nights visiting family so perfect location for us. Room was clean but bathroom was very tired. No chain on the plug so it got stuck and I had to get it out with tweezers. Comfy beds and nice clean bedding. Internet connection is awful. Restaurant again is tired but the breakfasts we had there were very good. Nice selection. Staff very friendly. Walls in rooms are very thin so you can hear everyone that goes past. All in all an ok stay.
Premier Inn , because you know what is there, a comfy bed, parking and somewhere to eat . This is why we chose this location for a last min booking Facing a family bereavement , we were not at our best. The two ladies on duty this night were so kind, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with after a traumatic day. Thank you both
My Husband and l stayed 5 nights to visit relatives and site seeing .The room was clean and comfortable. Room service regarding changing bedding ect was excellent. Unfortunately no air con also the Internet service was poor as undergoing mainternance. The restaurant was very understaffed hence it was quite hectic.The restaurant could do with an update as appeared very tired.
A big thank you to all the staff who was so lovely and so helpful during our stay recently... they was very compassionate during a very difficult time as I'd lost my dear mother. The staff made sure our stay was very comfortable and even put their own personal touch leaving hot chocolate and biscuits for us along with a lovely little note... I really did appreciate it so once again, thank you!
